"Productkey is invalid" error message when loading STP file of JobKeeper payments through the Reckon Portal

I'm using Payroll Premier, latest verison.
When uploading my STP file of JobKeeper wage payments I get an error message "Productkey invalid" however if I load a STP without JK payments it is successful.
Can anyone suggest a solution?
I have named the Allowance exactly as instructed. JOBKEEPER-TOPUP
Looking at previous posts it suggests to open the JSON file and change V2 to V1.  I tried this and received an error message that the software needed updating.  I tried changing it to V3 (on the off chance it would work).  It told me success but the file didn't appear in the list to be confirmed.
Any help would be appreciated.
