upgraded successfully 2018 to 2019 (hosted) on the admin account in single user mode.
....switched back to multi user mode so other users could use file
.... other users can't log in. assume other users are supposed to select 'Open Company File' but my QBW file is not there to select????  Help...

    2019 isn't available on hosted yet????  Unless you are in NZ

    Hi Jacqueline,
    When you say the other users can't login, are they receiving a particular error message when attempting to do so or is it more that the file is not visible in the Q drive?

    hi Rav, the file was not visible on Q drive.  All sorted now.  Admin had to 'share company file' on Control Panel then 'manage shared folder access'.  it took a couple of minutes to share across users, then the first user somehow opened file automatically in single user mode so we had to nut that one out too, anyway.  back to normal after hours and hours of trying to backup file.  Anyone else having trouble backing up your LARGE file, i recommend 'Portable Backup File' as it's compressed.  Rav, they should add the process of having to share company file to your Guide.
