2nd user cannot access file

We have been lucky enough to regain access to our file after 7 hours downtime yesterday, however now only one of us can access the file - even though we just paid $435 for an annual licence fee just last week.  not happy jan.

Same here. We have one license and 2 users.

We had one license with 2 x users and last week it wouldn't work all of a sudden - Reckon advised that we should have had another licence and we had to pay another $435 for the extra user - even though we had been successfully logging on with one licence and two users.  now we cant access at all - ripped off and not happy
