Sometimes when sending payslips directly to an email, the software may select the ‘Payroll Type’ field instead of the ‘Super Fund Name’ field.
Our Product Development Team is investigating the cause of this however in the meantime, here’s a workaround: 1. Install a 3rd party PDF writer (CutePDF or PrimoPDF are great options) 2. Set the PDF writer as your default printer 3. Generate a payslip 4. Click the print icon 5. Save the payslip to your preferred location (use a unique name) 6. Attach the payslip as a file to the email 7. Repeat for each of your employees Would you like more detailed instructions? No problem, click this link:  http://kb.reckon.com.au/issue_view.asp?ID=5023
