    I HAVE NO TROUBLE BACKING UP AT ALL WITH QUICKEN.i HAVE ALO PURCHASED AN EXTRA BACK UP WITH NORTON. ESPECIALLY WHEN WE EXPECT TO HOLD THIS WORK

     FOR 12 MONTHS UNTIL TAX IS OVER.

    Hi Joycelu,

    What do you mean when by 'they recommend Rebuild the data but still not working'? Did the rebuild complete? Or do you mean even after the rebuild has completed, you still cannot backup the data file?

    Sounds like there is a data issue. If you have a good recent backup, you can try restore it. You will need then to re-enter transactions since then. If you have not got a recent backup, you may need to contact technical support to get the data file looked at.

    You can try to create a portable company file and use it as a backup. When you backup, select to create a portable one instead.

    Thank you for your feedback, I tried using quicker verification instead of complete verification to rebuild the data and it works.
