A processed payroll has disappeared from Pay Centre Transactions List & not in Payroll Summary Report. How do I find it?

A processed payroll has disappeared from Pay Centre Transactions List & also no appearing in Payroll Summary Report. What could cause this to happen?

Hi Nerida. In Payroll Premier the pays can be shown under the LISTS tab. You can select either current or month or FY. Check this list to see if it is there. You can also see on the main List of Employees page the last date that the pay was processed. If it was not processed correctly it will not show that pay date. Maybe something happened when you were processing. Are you running STP? A report can also be generated for the last pay run under Reports tab and STP.
