ABA file - NAB upload error

Hi,

I am using Reckon Accounts Premier 2015, with the newest update. I am trying to run payroll and upload the ABA file into my NAB online banking. When i try to upload the ABA file an error keeps appearing and tells me to go back to my accounting software to fix it. The error number is 317647. 

I am new to processing ABA files however after reading different posts i think I have all the appropriate information in my Reckon file. When I preview the ABA file it doesn't have any information in it. Each employee has their bank account details entered and direct deposit was ticked. 

Could someone please walk me through how to set up the bank account and what information on the bank account needs to be entered. And also walk me through how I create ABA files and what information is needed for the ABA file to be correct.

I am thinking there must just be one step i am missing but i have no idea what that step is!

Firstly, have you read the guides in the Help Index?


Here are the key configurations for ABA in your company file:

Bank Account:
You must get the APCA number from your bank.




Employee:
Bank Details will trigger payment "online"




Supplier:




Other Payments:
Payment type to be Bank (Online)
