I have processed payroll this morning, went onto the online banking centre, I can see all the transactions waiting for the batch to be created. I hit preview ABA file its empty. I spoke to customer support who offered the following troubleshooting, I have tried logging on as an administrator same thing. I have tried switching between multi user and single user no change. I have deleted and re-entered payroll to see if this was the problem didn't change. Can anyone help me with this issue I am using Accounts Premier 2017.
