ABN already registered

 We inadvertently created two Reckon Portal accounts for the same company with different email addresses and the same ABN, and neither of them is letting us connect to the ATO through Gov Connect. We are getting a message that "the abn has already been registered".
How can we join the two accounts, or delete one?
I have been waiting on the phone for help support for over 40 minutes, and had no response to my emails. 
Would appreciated if someone could respond.

Absolutely agree. It is so frustrating trying to get this sorted, been trying for three weeks. Got through eventually to technical support and was given a detente number and advised that “someone”???? Will be in contact still waiting because the technician was unable to do that and it needed to be someone??? Higher. Looking for a new accounting package immediately this experience has been too stressful

So today, instead of a solution to my problem, I received an email warning me that my licence is due for renewal in seven days.
