ABN Already registered for Single Touch Payroll

Hi Rev,

My ABN has somehow already been registered and i cannot lodge my STP through Govconnect.Once I get to this page I cannot submit my details or go any further.  I have attached a screenshot of the problem. Can you fix this or guide me on how to fix it. ABN 15140450139 email - byfordprojects@msn.com

    Hey Adrian,
    Thanks for creating a separate thread on this one.
    Can I ask, when you login into the Reckon Portal account itself, are you using that email address or some other user name to login?
    The reason I ask is, when I look up your ABN registration in our system, it shows that its registered to a Reckon Portal account under the byfordprojects@msn.com email address, so if you're logging into the Reckon Portal with a different user name or email address then the ABN won't appear (because its already registered in the Portal account with your byfordprojects@msn.com email address).

    Hmmm that's really strange then.
    I can definitely see the ABN registration for STP under the Portal account with that email address.
    Would you like me to delete that ABN registration so you can register it again in the Portal account? 
    Hopefully that might kick start it and get you up & running.
