ABN has already been registered when using Reckon GovConnect

When I try to use Reckon GovConnect for the first time I select Get Started, enter my ABN and click on Verify.  This shows the correct company name and my email.  Clicking on Submit gives the error "Sorry, that ABN has already been registered. If you have one, please try a different GST branch."

I have tried logging in to Reckon Accounts Hosted with both my UserId of 1569655-1 and my Username consikalas but still get the same error.

My ABN is 93103238759 and my email con.sikalas@facet.com.au.

    Hi Con,
    When I search your ABN to find where its registered in our system, I can see that its already registered back in January in a Reckon Portal account under your email address rather than your Hosted credentials.

    Can you do me a favour and login to the Reckon Portal with your email address above and the password you would have created and let me know if you can access the STP entity now?

    Hi Con - this problem usually requires a call to Tech support to work out which username you used when registering the ABN?  Have you logged into each of these profiles you have setup - and looked to see under the GovConnect tab - if you already have a tile there?  also click on Shared with me, under GovConnect and see if you have anything there?  You will need to identify which one you want Tech support to remove and which one you will keep?  Is it possible that someone else in your organisation may have setup for STP?
