ABN Setup with wrong Branch number in Reckon Govt Connect - how to reset or contact Reckon Support person to assist with this?

I'm so over this Govt Connect.... ABN Incorrectly setup with wrong branch number by client and now Reckon Govt Connect say ABN already registered can input new Branch? How to Remove so i can fix up for client?
