Access violation error message when trying to open trust and partnership returns.

I am receiving an access violation error message when trying to open trust and partnership returns. The support at Reckon advised me to uninstall and then reinstall however this has not solved the issue. I have made multiple phone calls to follow this up and despite being told today the case was escalated, I have still not heard from anyone from support. Has anyone been able to fix this without resorting to waiting for support??

Their service or care seems non existant. I told the ATO of my problem as trust ITRs were on a special demand list and they gave me till next Friday when substantial fines will issue. One guy has helped me Himanshu but he is in sales. The ATO asked me who the software provider is and apparently l am just one of many clients with the same problem and no resolution. They suggested last week that l should print the returns and lodge paper ITRs.
Time for a change in the absence of service.
