Accessing Reckon Hosted Accounts

Hi all,
I use Reckon Hosted and the problem i am having is that even though i can log into Reckon Hosted but when it gets to the 'Launch accounts 2017 R2' screen, i am not able to get it to launch. Is there a major issue going on? How can this be fixed please. I really need to do some work very urgently.

Help will be much appreciated.

Hi Olusola,

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Hosted today, can you let me know what is happening after you select the green Launch button?

Are you getting any error messages or a black screen or something else?

In the first instance, can you head into the Hosted control panel and end any active sessions under the 'Log off Remote Sessions' area and then logout.
Close your browser and then try again after that.
