Accessing personal drives

I have a requirement to save sales orders, estimates etc as a PDF to my own personal drives, but are not given the option? Only options available are B and Q.

    Never mind. Think I have sorted it. When you go to print it off it gives me the option to either print or save.

    Don't use File, Save as pdf from within Reckon.  Use Printe and once you've opened the pdf using "View" the pdf should open in another browser window, then you can use File, Save and choose your local drive.

    Hi Tim,

    I have a document that I have created about saving files locally if you would like to email me directly.

    Although this works for printing to pdf, it doesn't work if you needed to export to Excel.
