Account balances not showing

On the company home page in quickbooks I can't see the account balances or credit cards, despite having full user access. I work for a company that has several entities, and can see the account balances in 2 out of 3? Does anyone know how to fix this.

Menu : Edit / preferences / Desktop View/ Company Preferences Tab (tickbox at the bottom)

No sorry it isn't. I have multiple windows open I just can't see my account balances and don't know if it's just a setting I can change or if Reckon helpdesk needs to do it

If you follow Lupton's instructions amount - at the bottom of the page you will find the option to tick "Show account balances ..."

Thanks ,sorry I missed that bit due to it being a company preference not a personal preference.

This can only be completed in single user mode is that correct?
