Account Expired

Just returned from holidays and me account is expired (2 weeks ago), is there a grace period prior to reckon deleting the files?  I am wanting to renew the subscription.  I have tried calling but out of hours & I cannot log in.

Seriously stressed out!

We would like to inform you In Reckon Hosed the file stays for 3 months.   

Could you please share your customer ID with us so that we can extend your license or get back to you to renew your license.

Hi Donna,

Very good Morning.

We have extended your Reckon Accounts Hosted 31st of this month, Please follow the below mentioned steps to renew your licence.
  • Please go to the login page > Enter your user name and password.
  • Click on Control Panel.
  • At the left hand side click on manage user > Then click on your user number > At the right hand side click on Renew.
  • Then it will ask you for the Card details.

You may also call on our customer service number 1800-732-566 to renew the licence.
