Account issue Hi, I have created account with Reckon for STP. However, when I choose my company profile, it looks like my company has been resisted by someone. Could you please help me to fix the issue. Cheers

Thanks Dean. I've have had a look and can see this ABN was registered to the STP app just over a month ago. Do you know if anyone else in the business may have done this to perhaps get things started for STP? We've had more than a few cases where other members in the business will register but then not use the account, forget the login etc.

Hi Dean,
What I can do is delete the ABN registration as there have been no pay runs sent yet so that you can register it again into the account of your choosing. 

Are you ok with that? Let me know and I'll get it sorted ASAP.
