Hi, We have upgraded a few months ago from the Enterprise 5 user to 10 user as we added an extra workstation. we reinstalled on all systems with no problems except for the new PC. The new pc is the only one running windows 10 Pro, the others are windows 7 and 8 if that makes a difference. When install happened it did not ask us what industry type as we use wholesale and manufacturing edition, nor to reactivate etc. We have removed and reinstalled multiple times, including deleting the c:\program filesc(x86)\intuit folder, c:\programdata\intuit folder and c:\users\user\appdata\locallow\intuit folder between installs and we always have the same issue and just opens the general edition upon a reinstall. How do we get the wholesale and manufacturing edition working on this computer? as the feature we need of quantities on hand is not available on the general edition Michael

    Hi

This option usually opens after installation and when you open RA for the first time

    Hi John,

Yes did this on all PC's except for the new windows 10 pro one in question.  as above complete uninstall, and delete all the folders mentioned above... reinstall then it goes back to general edition... remembers my activation and data file location, so somethign somewhere is holding the info

    Hi

Did you have a previous version ie RA 2015 installed on the problem computer?

IS there a uninstaller that will clear all registry settings etc from the pc?  as the standard uninstall wont clear registry or activation settings... unlike windows 7 when you reinstall it asks to reactivate
