I currently have Reckon Accounts Home - Business. Don't know how I came to have Accounts Home - Business as I used to have Personal Plus which suited my needs better. Is it possible to switch back to Personal Plus and retain current data?

You would have 3 main options.
1. Restore recent backup from Personal Plus, and then re-add data. (Not sure how possible this is in your situation, as you are unsure when you started using H&B...even locating a backup could be a task). 2. Close off H&B file, and retain for records to be accessed through H&B. Then, start a new file in Personal Plus with opening balances carried over. (This would be the easiest option for day to day tasks, as you would not need to reenter data. But little more difficult when needing to look at past data). 3. You could get in touch with Data Services or a Reckon Accredited Partner that deals with file upgrades/downgrades. If no business functions have been used, there is a strong chance of a successful file downgrade. If you contact either party they would be able to advise you if the downgrade is possible and what costs would be incurred.
