accounts hosted freezing/stalling

Accounts hosted has been running very slow, constantly freezing/stalling and making it difficult to use for the past month or so.  It happens when you are creating and emailing invoices, when you are receiving payments and generally navigating around.  I have done internet speed tests and it shows above average speed.  I have tried alt/page-up to move windows from the back but nothing seems to work.  I log out and in several times, restart my machine and nothing seems to help.  Is there anything that I can do?  Thanks
