I have just been kicked out of Accounts Hosted with error message saying site can't be reached. Is hosted down??????

I'm getting a message saying I'm already logged in. But when I go to control panel to log out remote users it says "user undefined".

Me too!! Got booted out, then when I try to log back in it says I am already logged in. When I try to end remote session I get this error message:

Its payroll day so really need it fixed!

We're currently running some remedial action which hopefully resolves this in full in approximately 20 minutes. This is tentative at this stage and subject to change however I'll provide a further update on this as soon as possible.

I cant get back in as it wont log off all the remote sessions.

What happens if you try to log off the user session in the Hosted control panel now? Are you still getting the same 'undefined' message?

OK - I logged in to a different Company, then exited & logged in to the one I was trying to use & now have been able to log back in - anyone else having issues, try that
