ACCOUNTS HOSTED - SITE CAN'T BE REACHED

I have just been kicked out of Accounts Hosted with error message saying site can't be reached. Is hosted down??????

Hi guys,
I just tested logging into Hosted and also logging off remote sessions. I too came across the 'undefined' message when attempting to log off my session.

I pressed OK to that message and then logged out by clicking the 'Logout' option in the top right corner and tried again after 30 seconds and got through without any problem.

Tried this and still can not get back in, It is saying logged in but cant access log off remote sessions ?

nope didn't work for me. It won't let me log off remote sessions, still getting the undefined error.

I'm getting a message saying I'm already logged in. But when I go to control panel to log out remote users it says "user undefined".

Rav, this needs to be sorted. It's very frustrating. We are losing time due to this. Can;t afford for the software to be down and having issues like we are all having

I've suddenly been kicked out of reckon. It's been working really well lately but this morning I've got this message:
hosted-connectv82.reckon.com unexpectedly closed the connection.
Is there something going on?

Me too!!  Got booted out, then when I try to log back in it says I am already logged in.  When I try to end remote session I get this error message:

Its payroll day so really need it fixed!

We're currently running some remedial action which hopefully resolves this in full in approximately 20 minutes. This is tentative at this stage and subject to change however I'll provide a further update on this as soon as possible.

Have just managed to log in.  Had to log off remote users first as it came up still logged in but got there eventually.

What happens if you try to log off the user session in the Hosted control panel now? Are you still getting the same 'undefined' message?

OK - I logged in to a different Company, then exited & logged in to the one I was trying to use & now have been able to log back in - anyone else having issues, try that
