Lodged and submitted pay event 24.12.2019 which is still showing as pending in my records. When I log into ATO under Employees nothing exists for this date.. My question is do I lodge again as a new pay event or as a full file replacement. Thanks
Hi Carol, The ATO had closed their STP service over the course of the Christmas & New Year break to perform some major system maintenance.
That submission will remain as it is however since Single Touch Payroll is reported on a Year to Date basis, any subsequent successful submissions that you have sent AFTER this one have already updated your balances. In this case, there is nothing further required for you to do.
