Accounts Hosted will not create a backup

I have successfully run data verification and data rebuild but when I go and do a backup it returns a message "Reckon Accounts was unable to backup company file". It does not provide a reason for the failure. It will not backup during the rebuild either

First before backing up - go to the Options button - choose No verification and try and different location for the backup?  see if that works?
