    Hey,

Welcome to the Reckon Community and thank you for reaching out to us.

There is a support note in the Community which mentions the same error you are experiencing. (https://community.reckon.com.au/reckon/topics/mapi_error_code_00000000_0_at_line_947_in_sendemail_cc...)

The error occured with RA2014 and Outlook 2007, but it still maybe worthwhile trying the suggested solution.

Please let me know how you go.

    Thanks,
    Mirko

    Hi Mirko,
I am using Office 2007 & I had problems opening my files with Recon 2013. I contacted support & was told to download 2014, delete 2013 & install 2014. After this I still could not open my files in 2014. I deleted 2014 & re installed 2013, this is when the error message came up. I use the instruction to untick the Display each email when sending more than one. This seems to work but I do not have a screen to allow me to check the outgoing email. The email stays in my outbox & I have to reopen & resend to clear it. Before emails were doubling up in the outbox 1 with no info & 1 with the info required, when the latter finally went through I had to delete the 1 with no info, this had been going on for some time. Any suggestions as to what might be the problem/s?
Also when I try to print the email to the intuit pdf printer I get error message code - 20 printer not activated server busy!
    Regards
    Paul

    Hi Paul,

This problem you are having is an elusive one and our developers have not been able to reproduce it consistently to be able to provide a definitive solution.

See our KB at http://kb.reckon.com.au//issue_view.asp?ID=4005 for some tips.

    In particular:
    • If you have sync’d your Outlook Calendar with Google Calendar (or similar online calendar), turn off sync’ing and then email from Accounts Business again.  When emailing is complete you can turn sync’ing back on.
    • Create a new User Profile in Outlook.
For the Printer not Activated issue, examine the tips in:
    https://community.reckon.com.au/reckon/topics/a9l45bkc1h76t
(Please note that Accounts Business 2014 uses the Reckon Accounts V4 PDF Converter that is already assigned to its own port.)

I hope these steps bring about a resolution for you.

    regards,
    John
