Please identify whether you are talking about Reckon ONE or Reckon Accoutns HOSTED product?
Ringing Reckon during business hours on their Custoemr Support Numbers should be able to sort your payment to reactivate the use of the product. But unlikely able to do anything over the weekend.
Don't confuse their after-hours paid-for support for technical issues - that's not what you need here. (Technical Support would be unlikely to assist with commercial/contract/accounts matters like this).
