add receipt bug

Hi, 

I'm using reckon one and think I may have stumbled across a bug. 
No matter the browser (safari and chrome) when I click "add receipt" under reckon transactions it takes me to this page that doesn't let you do anything and loses all styling. 
This is off a macbook as well if computer system is needed as well. I've attached a screenshot as well.

    Thanks for raising this Michelle,
    I've just tested this out on Chrome (but on a Windows PC) and seemed to work normally.
    Thanks for testing it out on a couple of browsers, could you do me a favour and logout of both Reckon One and the Reckon Portal, close your browser and try again for us and let me know if you receive the same result now?

    Hey Rav, Yup I've logged out, logged back in and tried it again in safari and chrome I'm still getting the same issue.
