add/edit multiple items accounts

I would like to cut and paste items/products directly into Accounts Premier 2013, Everywhere I read on help forums , they say "Click on the Add/Edit Multiple items Tab".  That's Great !! I don't have one. Can someone PLEASE tell me if Accounts Premier 2013 even has this abitlity / function..Is one by one or importing the only way?

    Hi Janine,

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.

    It is not possible to copy and paste items directly into Reckon Accounts, you will need to use to import/export function under File > Utilities > Import/Export.
