Hi There
We need to take the Job Number out of the Description field and add it to its own field near the date.
We are using Reckon Accounts Premier: Contractor - Edition 2017
Photos attached.
I've been trying to look at me book, page 130 and it look like the Job Number is on there as a choice. How do I get it to be on this list located under 'Header'.
Thanks so much.
Rebecca

Hi Rebecca,
A way to get this to work is to use the Account Number field in the customer/job setup to enter the job number. Then edit your statement template, rename the Account # box to Job Number, position where you want, and then you will have what you need.
Let me know if that helps.

Thanks Shane, that does make sense.
Just one other question, how do I remove the 'job no' from the body of the description?
Thanks heaps

Sorry for not coming back sooner I missed your reply. So with the job number showing in the description, there is not a way to get rid of that without removing the description column entirely.
