Adding Payrun Information for an employee recently added to app

Hi Rav,

We have an employee who's recently been added to the STP mobile app. When added we were prompted to put total payment information that the employee had received this FYR. This information was entered, however we also need to go back and add the employees wages in to the weekly payruns. I know this can be done by making an adjustment to each previous payrun but I don't want to do that if it will add those weekly amounts to the totals already entered as prompted when the employee was registered in to the app.
If we enter the weekly wage info will it add to the already entered total???

Hi Ali,
If you've already entered the YTD as it stands now for this employee then you don't need to enter their individual weekly pays to this point, in fact I'd recommend that you don't as yes it will add to their YTD total already entered.

Just start from their NEXT normal pay run.

Hi Rav,

I'm now getting an error message each time I submit a payrun (see text below) The information I'm submitting is exactly the same as previous entries that have been approved by the ATO. This error has been coming up each week since late April. Is there a glitch at the ATO's end?
