Additional payroll items and ESCT showing in Unclassified class column

When using classes with Reckon Payroll I can assign a class to the earnings codes but not individually to the kiwisaver or additional earnings item so the kiwisaver ESCT portion is showing in unclassified column when running p&l by class.
Also if have any additional payroll items entered class coding works on the items if only one class is used in the earnings code and if they are not in kiwisaver or the additional expenses again appear in unclassified column
Have I missed something in the basic set up ?
Or is the the only solution to use journals to assign them to the appropriate class

If it is the same as the super contributions for Australia then you need to edit the super payroll item and tick "Track Expenses by Job".

This will then allocate against the classes used in the wage items when processing a pay run.

I did this but the ESCT still goes to unclassified and if add an expense this also goes to unclassified and still have the issue if use split classes in the payroll items.

The esct is a percentage portion of the employee kiwisaver
