Adjustment not reflected with ATO

I have just logged into the ATO bo to check amounts against details in app and the adjustment transaction is showing but with no amounts?i

Hi Chantelle,
Adjustments that are sent from the STP app only adjust employee data ie. there is no employer component to those adjustment submissions which is why it only shows that an entry has been received in the ATO Business Portal but doesn't show the detail.

Employee data however on the other hand gets updated so when they login to their MyGov they'll see whatever was modified.

I am having issues with the payment summary in the app not matching either. From my understanding based on what I have read, if the amounts are not matching in the app, I need the employee to check the amounts in their myGov account first. Then include any adjustments needed in the next pay run? This should then update the employees myGov account to the correct value. 

The priority being the employees myGov values (not the values in the app or in the STP reports submitted to the ATO in the business portal).
