Adobe Reader Error printing invoice

We are using Reckon Accounts Hosted.

Error message when viewing pdf version of invoice. On one of our computers, when we attempt to view a pdf copy of an invoice a message pops up in a window 'A drawing error occurred'. After clicking okay, the invoice can only be partially seen and will not print.

Hello Matthew,

Welcome to the Reckon Community.

Is that same invoice PDF viewable on another PC or does it get the same error?

Do all invoices saved as PDF have this problem?  If only some invoices have this problem what is different about them from those that do not have the problem? (different Template perhaps)

If you save the invoice as PDF again, do you still have the same problem.

Hi there, I managed to resolve this problem. The issue was a dotted line in our invoice templates. When I removed this and replaced this with a solid line (using the report customisation tool) the error message did not appear again. I'm not sure if this is a known issue with using dotted lines in Reckon.
