hi, i am unable to get into Reckon Hosted.  Keep getting error -6000, -83.  Any suggestions?

    How do I do that?   I believe I am only on Single user but may be wrong.

    im pretty sure im in single user mode, i get another message saying the action cannot be completed because the other program is busy, choose 'switch' to activate the busy program and correct the problem, pressing this or retry does nothing

     STOP HOSTING MULTI USER ACCESS

    Unfortunately, I do not get this option come up in the Utilities tab?

    I do get Switch to Multi User before the Utilities tab which I missed earlier.
