'Amounts Include Tax' box auto ticked on the Purchase Order screen

Anyone else having the issue where the 'Amounts Include Tax' box is automatically ticked on the Purchase Order screen?  It is cussing issues for us and not sure why its happening. Is it ruled by another screen or can other users in our business make it happen?  Please help. Thanks

    Hi Rachel,

    There is no preference/setting for this checkbox to be automatically ticked/unticked.

    Normally, if you process a purchase order with the box ticked, the new one will have the box ticked already. The same will happen in the case where you do not have the box ticked, the next purchase will not have the box ticked.

    Could you please confirm if you process a purchase order with the checkbox "Amounts Include Tax" unticked > click Save & New > the "Amounts Include Tax" checkbox should not be ticked for the next purchase order?
