Annual leave showing on annual leave report but no pay exist for that leave

I am using Reckon Payroll Premier.  when I look at the annual leave taken report I can see a day's leave for an employee on that pay date.  However, there are no pays for that employee for that date!  I think the payroll needs a "data check" but I don't know how to do that, can you help me please?

You can rebuild your company file in File > Rebuild data files, and tick all items except the 2 dealing with Super.  

Then check your details again.
