Annual Leave Still Not Accruing

I have read through previous topics on this problem and have not been able to find a solution that works. We've had an employee that has gone from casual to fulltime. I have put in all the required information in the leave details as suggested in the other posts, however it is just not accruing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    Hello Jenni

    Look at the box hours to accrue per pay.  It is set to zero so it will not accrue any hours.

    You will need to enter in how many hours they accrue per pay period.

    Assuming 38 hour week x 4 weeks leave Total 152 hours to accrue per year, divide by 26 fortnights = 5.8461 to accrue per pay.

    Need to do similar calculation for personal leave based on 10 days.

    Hi Adrian,

    Thanks for the reply, but I've tried it with and without the hours and it still doesn't accrue. It just so happened I took the screenshot when it was zero.

    Hi Jenni.  Here are a couple of other possibilities for you to check out.  It is possible that the Salary item in its setup, is ticked for "include in 'Every hour worked' leave accruals".  The question I ask you therefore is this.  If this is the case, are you actually inputting any hours worked against the value of the fortnightly salary component e.g.76 (hours)?  If not, that could be the reason that nothing is calculating.
