Any limitations on Trial Version of Hosted

An IIF file of invoices produced by a 3rd party app and imported into the Desktop version of RA Premier without error, crashed after 6 invoices had been imported into RA Hosted, a trial version I created from a backup of our desktop version the day before. This import process has been working on the desktop version for 12 months. Perhaps there is a limit on the number of items you can import to the trial version ?

    Hi Graeme,

I don't think there is any IIF import limitation with the trial version.

Did you try to import again and did it crash too?

    Thanks,

    Phuong

Maybe I'll try to delete the records in the IIF file that have already imported and then try to import the 'new' IIF file.

I've done that AND....it worked - which is great, but why did it fail the first time ???  I will wait for the next file of invoices and  try again - Thanks Phuong !!

    Hi Graeme,

Great! I have no idea why it didn't work the first time. That's why IIF import is not so great as sometimes you will not know what happens if something goes wrong. Anyway, at least now you know how to get around :)

    Thanks,

    Phuong
