anybody having problems getting into Reckon Hosted. New version

Just about to finish updating my fourth file and now can't access Reckon at all

    Hi Lynn, I had some problems too....not sure if same issue but instead of just closing the company and logging off I had to go into File and Exit to kind of reset it. If you haven't already done, hope it works for you too :)

    Thank you Alanna.
    Unfortunately it is not allowing me to do that as the File etc are greyed out and therefore I have no access to them.  I am on the phone to Reckon but there is a 45 minute wait

    Can you post a screenshot of what you're seeing on-screen during this process?
    I'd like to get a better idea of what selections you have on screen etc.

    If everything is greyed out it is sounding a bit stuck - use the red X at the top right of the window - close it - then log off Hosted... close your browser and then open it and log in again...you may even need to go to your Control Panel and Log off remote users to clear any sessions there before trying the files again?
