A colleague and I just tested logging in and weren't able to replicate this. Is 'Service Busy' an error message that you're running into? Does this appear after pressing the launch button?
Try logging out (Settings > Logout) and try again after a few minutes. If you continue to run into this, please log off any active sessions in the Hosted control panel under the 'Log off Remote Sessions' area and then logout (use the logout option in the top corner) and retry after 5-6 minutes.
