Anyone having trouble emailing remittances with the latest version of Reckon Accounts Enterprise?
I managed to send 8 and now it comes up with "Reckon Accounts has detected an email connectivity issue when attempting to email the remittance advice. Please try again. "
Trying again does not work :/

Hello kylie,

Thanks for asking.

This error can occur when the email address is in the wrong format - for instance when the email address is copied and contains the tag "<mailto:".  

Make sure you are using only the email address - eg: client@company.com.au - onto the Customer, Supplier, Employee or Other’s record

Thanks John yes it was getting stuck on one supplier. All fixed now thanks.
