ANZ Credit Card bank feed

Bank feed not working and can't re-authenticate.
ANZ credit card transactions via Yodlee feeds are rarely present and I've come to refresh the feed  by choosing Bank Connections>Connect an account> then clicking on "Active" for the bank feed concerned and re-authenticating. Usually this returns the expected transactions into the list after a short time. 
I'd like to know if this is what I should need to be doing, or something else to have the transactions appear automatically as they do on Direct feeds.
Has Reckon One updated ANZ Credit cards to a direct feed yet for NZ?
TODAY: As I don't have any transactions for the last two weeks, I've been trying as above and getting "unable to get the financial feed authentication status"
Would appreciate restoration to normal transmission!
