Hello Rav Please find out whats happening , we are not getting response back from API guys for last few days or more. Normally, they have been very quick and efficient. I am waiting to resolve our issues . Shane and Luke they have been awesome ,lately
We don't have API support on the weekends so always return to a backlog on Mondays. I have checked the logs and your last post was late Thursday. Unfortunately Shane was handling your case and he was away on Friday which compounded the delay.
That said, one of the team should have picked this up so we have discussed internally to make sure we cover this in future.
Apologies from the whole team over the delay, and I believe the query has now been addressed.
