App can not log in

Hi there, sorry to bother but I have this problem sincerely week, When I log in the app, ask me the company name/abn, then it goes with my company already registered, and ask me to log in again. And it goes in a loop. I saw the update and update the app, the same situation happens again. Can you please check out?

Hi there,
I've had a look at that ABN and its not showing the symptoms of the previous issues that were occurring which at least rules one aspect out so that's good.

Can I just confirm, are you 100% certain that you are logging in with the same email address that was used when the account was first created?
Just a note, its NOT the same email address that your Reckon Community account is registered under.

Yes it should be an iCloud email address

The account was created back in February under a hotmail address not an iCloud email.

Hi. I am having the exact same problem. I deleted the app and reinstalled to try and fix problem but I think I have created a new login with a different password. How can you find out the old password?
