App not working for New Users??... Registered the app, but cant login - only get error message "An unexpected error occurred"

New user...
Registered the app, but when I try to log in, always get an error message :
"There was a problem signing you in. An unexpected error occurred. This has been logged for investigation"...     
OK - so what does this mean ??
 Is the app still supported and functioning - or is it no longer working for new users ??

Hi Jack,
Is the email address you're using for your app account the same email address registered to this Community account? If so, I'll take a look at your account on our end to see if its been setup correctly.

Yes. I gave up and signed up with one of your competitors. Their software works fine. But happy if you wish to investigate, as you must be losing potential clients whilst the fault exists in your software.
