App won't allow me to make declaration

When I complete a payrun the payroll app won't allow me to make the declaration saying I need to update my GST branch.

Hi Gemma,
If you take a look at the info in the 'Company' section of the app, is it all accurate for your business? ie. is your ABN and GST branch correct or does it actually need to be updated?

Can you post a screenshot of the message you're receiving and post it here?

My ABN is 92781662400

I'm unsure what the branch code means or what it should be however on the stp app I used before the payroll one it had 1 down as the gst branch code and that seemed to declare the payments.
Can this please be fixed so I can declare my payroll payments?

Do you know if this is also the reason why payslips aren't being emailed/created?

Still awaiting for this to be fixed. At this stage I can't make my declarations which need to be done.

Hi Gemma,
The branch number that you entered as 0.00 has been fixed for you now. You will need to log out of the app, close it in full ie. swipe it away from your running apps and then log back in.
No nothing at all has changed. It still has 0.0
Who do I contact to get it fixed? Ive tried calling and all emails but nothing resolved yet.
