Hi everyone

We currently have an issue receiving inbound calls to Reckon APS and Elite teams
 
During this time we recommend that you contact Reckon APS Support for new and existing calls via MyAPS, email at support@reckon.com  or on the Community right here.
          
We apologise for any inconvenience this may bring to you and your business. We will ensure to notify you via email as soon as this issue has been rectified.

Hi everyone, our team has investigated the issue and the cause has been found to be related to a third party ISDN service.

This is being addressed at the highest priority.

Our investigation into the issue has found that it is related to the ISDN service. This has been logged with our provider as a P1 for further investigation
