STP submissions still in pending mode. I rang Reckon and they advised to contact ATO. ATO says its a Reckon problem! Help, what do i do? Pending from August 2018 and 2 submissions in Oct 2019.

This is a similar situation to the case in your other thread. If you've made successful STP lodgements AFTER these pay events then your figures are up to date as STP is reported on a YTD basis.

Thanks Rav! I have had successful submissions since but its disconcerting looking at this "Pending" status. Will just sit on this again and hopefully it will right itself.

I also had most of my lodgements sitting on "Pending" I found that when i went into the "detail" option the status changed to Success when i went back to the lodgement page.

I have finally managed to get my last 6 payruns through as successful, all the rest are either errors or pending.  what happens to all the previous weeks - I have 85 other submissions sitting there? and what happens for employees that have resigned earlier in the financial year?  Are their figures up to date too?

Hi Jocelyn,
Pay events that are in an error state will not change. If you've corrected the error and your current pay events have been successful as you've mentioned then your YTD figures are up to date.

Check out this article for more info on commencing STP mid-year which also explains what to do for earlier terminated employees - Starting Single Touch Payroll Lodgments mid year
