STP submissions still in pending mode. I rang Reckon and they advised to contact ATO. ATO says its a Reckon problem! Help, what do i do? Pending from August 2018 and 2 submissions in Oct 2019.
HI Jocelyn, I have had the same problem recently. I was advised by Reckon to ring the ATO in regard to the errors. The ATO had received all of my STP's even though the portal was advising error or pending, the ATO advised there was a glitch in the Reckon software and it was not working correctly. I have been waiting on Reckon to fix the issue. There is no need to lodge again, you can ring the ATO to double check they have all your STP's and more than likely it is a Reckon error.
